We will be selling over 300 items from local estates plus a Chatham Antique Shop.
We are a family owned and operated auction house centrally located at 1568 Columbia Turnpike in Schodack, New York — 1 mile off Exit 10 of I-90, just minutes from downtown Albany.
We offer a full auction service to provide every situation with an adequate means of
a successful liquidation. We offer packing and trucking to our facility. We will
provide a total clean out process when needed. We can hold On Site Auctions when it
is important for the estate to be sold on location. All advertising, photos, packing,
trucking and insurance coverage is included in our competitive commission fee. As an
alternative to auction we can purchase outright your estates, collections or single
items.
